Feeling Good 2011 - Filmed by Scott Turner
How many people do you know have bike maunfacturers as a first and last name? lol
If Scott and Turner were people, he would be their love child!
Best pedals I've ever bought! Ran V8's and V12's previously, and and when I spent my money on DMR again they did not disappoint! It's funny reading through the description of performance as I have had nearly the exact same experience. They've took a few hard knocks, one pin has been bent in (by the way it seems as if the shape of the pedal allows for, dare I say it, a crumple zone, as the pin bent as nicely as it possibly could have! lol), but in general the grip and durability are top notch!
All the reviews of this pedal shows it speaks for itself when you use it. The closest thing to it seems to be the Superstar Nano's, but I hear a lot of people saying the axle's bend on them after hard hits... they just don't seem to be as robust as the Vaults, but I've enever used the Nano's.
In conclusion, DMR Vault's are the dog's ballix!!!
Quite a few of you guys have missed the point of this article completely. Personally, I have taken something away from reading that, and instead of sitting on pinkbike, youtube and facebook whilst I go through another day of unemployment, I'm going out to ride my bike down some gnarly shit and enjoy my passion of downhilling (and that can go for any 'style' of mountain biking). Thanks Miranda for that short but sweet piece of inspiration up there! Whilst my goals off the bike are currently taking their sweet assed time to achieve, my goals on the bike are given more time for me to develop and achieve, so I'm going to make the most of it right now! Time to make a change ;)
To all you guys saying this is bad rep for bikers... BULLS**T!!! It's bad rep for walkers. All Dave was saying is 'whatever', and 'you're boring' ... hint hint mr walker, he couldn't be bothered with your smelly breath. It's the walker that says 'I don't want to hit any of you cus you're kids' ... ANYONE with an ounce of self-worth would take that as a threat. Personally, I'd have smacked him there and then, for being a cheeky bollox and coming out with that garbage. Dave was VERY controlled throughout all of that. AND, the walker raised his hand first for a back hander... THAT is physically threatening behaviour by him... and Dave, once again fair play for holding back there. You did right to chase the guy down and defend yourself, and any of you who say he was in the wrong is most likely a p*ssy and would take a beat down from a walker like that. Fighting is weak, but if someone else starts it, you be a man and finish it!! ... Jaysus, I've ranted like mad here, but it's only cus it brings back many memories of like-minded walkers doing the same to me, which have luckily not ended in this way. Dave, you did right, don't let anyone tell you different.
